AI Integration & Support

Connect AI to your systems and keep it operating.

Integrate AI capabilities into applications you already use, then define how the connection is tested, monitored and maintained. This service focuses on interfaces and ongoing operations rather than designing a new end-to-end product.

Service scope

Connect the components and define how they are supported.

Use this service when you already have an application, an AI capability or a pilot that needs to work with business systems. We define the connections and operating responsibilities so the team knows how changes, failures and routine maintenance will be handled.

Application and model connections

Review APIs, authentication, data formats and permissions before connecting an AI component to an existing application. Define which information crosses the interface and which system owns the result.

Implement agreed validation, failure responses and retry rules, with access limited to the required functions.

Release and change testing

Create representative checks for outputs, tool calls and integration failures. Establish a comparison set so a change to a prompt, model or API can be reviewed before release.

Agree the deployment process and a recovery route when a change causes an unacceptable result.

Monitoring and support ownership

Define useful alerts, execution records and usage visibility, including who investigates a failed connection. Document credential rotation, routine updates and manual recovery.

Support coverage, response targets and the components included are agreed in writing; continuous coverage is not assumed.

Where it fits

Illustrative project examples. The work included is agreed for your project.

An AI feature inside an existing application

Connect an agreed AI capability to an internal tool with authentication, structured input and response checks. Include clear behaviour when the provider is unavailable.

A pilot moving into regular use

Review a working prototype’s integrations, add representative release checks and define alerts and support ownership before the team starts depending on it.

What you receive

Documented connections and an agreed operating arrangement.

The written proposal defines the deliverables and acceptance checks for your engagement. A typical implementation includes the following.

  1. Integration specification

Interfaces, data mappings, authentication, permissions and the components included in the engagement.

  2. Implemented connections

The agreed adapters or API changes, validation and failure handling, with deployment configuration documented.

  3. Release checks and visibility

Representative integration tests, useful execution records and the agreed monitoring or alert configuration.

  4. Support runbook

Recovery steps, access and credential ownership, and a written support scope with coverage, responsibilities and escalation contacts.

What helps us scope the work

Bring details of the existing application, provider interfaces and the issues you want to address. Access, third-party licences, support coverage and recurring usage costs are confirmed during scoping.

Questions about ai integration & support.

Can you support an existing AI integration?

We first review the implementation, access, documentation and operational constraints. Support scope depends on what we can inspect and maintain.

Is ongoing support included in a build?

Only as agreed in writing. Response arrangements, supported components and ongoing costs are scoped separately.

Does this replace workflow design?

No. Integration connects and operates the components. If the process itself needs redesign, we scope that through the workflow automation service.
