What happens to our business data?
We agree the sample documents and access needed during scoping. Please do not send confidential documents through the initial enquiry form. Data handling, access controls and any use of external AI services must be agreed before assessment work begins.
What happens after the assessment?
You receive written recommendations, a high-level roadmap and a findings review meeting. You can decide whether to proceed. Development is a separate engagement.
